User Experience for a Better World

Video of a participant struggling through a usability test?

I'm doing a "Usability 101" training session for several stakeholders at my new job.

I'd love to include a video of someone really struggling to complete a task during a usability test, or just having a problem with software that's badly designed.

Does anyone know of a good video like this?

Thanks,
Jere

Not exactly what you are looking for, but check out a video from Steve Krug... might help: find the link on this page:

It might be more fun to create an intentionally bad interface and record a test session using something like Silverback.
You need to be careful that you have the participants consent for the video been made public.
I am a CUA and teach the Essentials of Usabilty Seminar series pretty regularly. I really like the video that forms part of the Usability Testing course. It's called 'Testing an e-Commerce Site' (Robert Flax). My students really get a kick out of listening to the users frustration. Perhaps HFI would let you use it.
This one is a personal favorite of mine: http://vimeo.com/6834539
That's so perfect! It's exactly what I needed. Thanks so much, Megan.
There are many examples on You tube, Just type "Usability Testing" for example and pick out a suitable sample to use.
Hers's one I just picked at random: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xncf_O7SFkU&feature=related.
I looked at several different videos on there, but really didn't find one that fit what I needed. If you see the one that Megan Wimmer posted -- that's what I was hoping to find.
