One of our webcast viewers commented: This sounds like an argument for including UCD within the larger consumer research process of organizations so that insights can be shared more effectively and discussion can be both broad and deep. Do you find that organizations don't include UCD within a strategic context?
We are not suggesting putting it into consumer research. We are suggesting that it become a part of the overall corporate strategic planning process. User-Experience is central to the strategy of every organization and so we think the UX team should be at the table for such discussions.
