EHRs reduce medical errors

The New England Journal of Medicine just published a report showing that use of EHRs reduced errors and improved diagnoses (recap).

And, I presume the better designed the EHR components are, the more the errors would be reduced.  I'm hunting for the full article, but if anyone has read it and has details, or any personal stories to share, please do so.
