What does the term "User Experience Design" mean to you?
I think all of us have own versions and have practised it...would love to hear the thoughts from this group

As a marketing person I think in terms of "customer experience design" which for me includes every point of contact the customer has with the organization. My favorite example of this the beautiful packaging that Apple gives with their products. Just opening the box of an Apple product is a delicious experience.
I tend to think of "user experience design" more focused on the computer human interactions through websites, kiosks, mobile devices etc. Am I right in this or is there no right answer where "user experience design" and "customer experience design" intersect?
