Very interesting account of the history of usability/UX. I would like to learn and hear more about the role and responsibilities of the Chief User Experience Officer (CXO) in a company. It is imperative that a champion is in place for UX and related disciplines to provide strategic direction, skills development, and information sharing between Human Factors professionals. Also would like to learn more about the new UX certification. Always enjoy your message and videos!

Hey Akulashashi, thanks so much for that. I consider it a huge complement. I believe we must translate the arcane language of psychology and science into simple terms. Don't just say 'Chromatic Abberation'. Say 'Red and blue text looks fuzzy'. Big words don't show mastery. They tend to indicate a newbie. Of course that means that people sometimes say that UX is just common sense. But I guess we have to take that as a compliment also.

I am really very to happy to see Dr. Eric talking about UCA and UCXA, I think this community is not only helping individuals and companies but it is helping entire world for its progression with every right click. I personally think Dr. Eric speech was really a common man language, which itself explains me you are man of Real Human Computer who could speak like common man, think like common, do it like common man.

sorry about my English.
