Great video. What software program did you use to zoom in and out of the tutorial?

Great stuff. Now, Is there any requirements or prerequisite before I persuade?

Great ideas, and I can recommend the new PET course.

Let's not mention just how hideously the design ends up in this example. :D

Spencer, thanks for putting this video together, I really found it quite interesting and useful. Hopefully you can continue to make more of them in the future.

One area I'd like to see explored is some of the ethics behind PET design. For example, my mind started wondering at the part where you mentioned that a flight for $34 COULD be true. As a usability designer, where do you draw the line?

Nice demonstration of principles to help make a site more persuasive.

Some of these principles, in particular the emotion piece is like trying to take a preview of a movie with great cinematography and laying out on a two dimensional surface (while using some general principles of usability). I often wonder if the same methods that marketing people use in movie previews can be leveraged to communicate this emotional edge in PET design.

Just loved the video and guess what... Delta.com still lacks the persuasive edge you have demonstrated in your video. I wish someone from their team gets to see this video and acts fast.. Thanks for a great video.
